Materials Engineering
The project aims at manufacturing permanent magnets (Nd-based and ferrites) by binder jetting 3D printing. The suitability of virgin and recycled powders as feedstocks should be evaluated and the processing should be optimized to achieve high density and excellent magnetic performance.
