Anna Dotti was born in 1997 in Milano. Despite the great interest in classical studies developed in high school years, her passion for environment and innovation brought her to Materials Engineering and Nanotechnology at Politecnico di Milano, where she graduated cum laude. In her master thesis, she synthesized nanocellulose-based materials decorated with silver nanoparticles for water decontamination applications. She also had a one-year experience in the production of silver powders. Anna joined Mat4En2 group in 2022 to carry out her PhD research, focused on materials for photocatalytic water treatment.
She is a dancer and slow tourism lover.
