Development of self-assembling membranes and foam-like structures to be used in water softening and wastewater treatment processes.
Experimental techniques: coating of polymeric substrates with carbon-based slurries, adsorption tests, morphological, thermal and micro-structural characterization (FTIR, SEM - EDX, TGA, XRD).
